Neighborhood Gathering – At Hemlock Semiconductor, we recognize the concerns and values of our neighbors. Often, we invite our nearest neighbors for dinner and tours of our facilities. This gives us the opportunity to share information about our operations, safety and environmental initiatives, and future development and expansion plans.

Community Connection Newsletter – The Community Connection Newsletter is published biannually and includes a letter from the Site Manager on current issues, safety and environmental topics, and articles of possible interest to our neighbors and community.

Rivers & Spires Festival As part of our dedication to Responsible Care® and public education, Hemlock Semiconductor is an active supporter and participant in the local Rivers & Spires Festival, which celebrates the area’s heritage through a three-day family-friendly event. Hemlock Semiconductor employees offer safety tips and advice such as shelter-in-place disaster preparedness techniques and first-aid kits. .
