Experience and Expertise
Michael comes to Hemlock Semiconductor with over 20 years of Human Resources experience working for a variety of different organizations from manufacturing to education. During his HR tenure, Michael has earned a reputation for improving operational efficiency as well as helping create work environments that support and empower employees. Current and past responsibilities include strategic planning, employee relations, recruiting & retention, performance management, talent management, safety, labor relations, learning & development, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits.
Michael joined Hemlock Semiconductor in September of 2016 to assist with the spin-off from Dow Corning and to help establish an HR structure/department that could successfully support Hemlock Semiconductor as an independent entity, now and in the future.
