Energy Secretary Granholm talks solar manufacturing and investment in Michigan

HEMLOCK, Mich. – Congressman Dan Kildee introduced a solar energy manufacturing bill in September.

The bill would allow new tax credits for production and also the congressman says it will bring more jobs.
